THERAPY PLAN
In order to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible we advise you following procedure before contacting us:
– Send us by e–mail all documentation on your teeth and gum status, eventually your medical history and x-ray of both jaws (ortopan).
– Our dental team will carefully study the complete documentation and prepare a proposal of the treatment plan (preliminary treatment plan) for your condition and price of complete dental treatment.

On your first visit, after first examination, our doctors will make definitive treatment plan that can be minimally changed in comparison to the preliminary one.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment is in cash or by credit cards (Visa, Master, Diners, and American Express).
– You are obligated to pay 50% of total after the first visit to the dentist and the rest after your last visit.
– As a foreign customer you will have the priority when making the schedule with our doctors.
– For foreign citizens, members of the diplomatic core and persons who live abroad, we issue a special bill. If you have medical insurance in your own country, which covers dental treatment expenses, with our bill you can partly or completely refund money from your dental insurance.

GUARANTEE
Our dental office gives a guarantee for fillings 2 years, all dentures 2 years, crowns and bridges 8 years, Implants 10 years. The guarantee includes a repeated dental treatment. Travel and lodging expenses are not included.
