how to wash your teeth?

For the full effect of good oral hygiene, besides regular, it is important to perfect the proper dentifrice technique. No matter which of the existing techniques you choose, it is important to clean all surfaces of your teeth.

By cleaning the tongue you will remove bacteria that cause unpleasant breath. Excessive cleansing can cause an unwanted occurrence – pulling the gums and exposing the root of the teeth.

Brush fibers are placed at an angle of 45 degrees with respect to the longitudinal axis of the teeth, so that half of the fibers are on the right and the other half on the tooth of the tooth. The fibers are gently pressed beneath the edges of the gums and toward the interlocking spaces. The brush head moves briefly in a circular or horizontal direction (forward-back), but more by doing mild vibrations than moving the fibers themselves.

The tips of the fibers are kept in the same place for about 10 – 15 sec. Then brush the fibers of the brush from the area of the right by rotating the brush movement toward the biting surfaces of the teeth (brushing in the direction of the tooth bleeding). Repeat movements for each tooth from its outside and inside. It is extremely important to clean well the last surfaces of the last teeth in the dental array.

It should be kept in mind that washing with teeth cleans about 60 percent of the tooth surfaces that are available, while other means must be used to clean the less-available (approximate surfaces). For this purpose, interdental brushes are used (especially suitable for people wearing fixed prosthetic restraints or orthodontic appliances), or an interdental thread, at least once a day.
